1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Linktain, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The service
Linktain lets creators wrap destination URLs in locked short links. Visitors complete gate tasks to unlock the destination, and creators accrue earnings per qualifying unique unlock at the rates displayed on the site. Rates, gate tasks, and payout thresholds may change at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity performed via your API keys. One account per person; accounts may not be sold or transferred.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Linktain to link to malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others. Artificially inflating views or unlocks is prohibited. That covers bots, click farms, VPN cycling, incentivized self-clicking, and any other fraudulent traffic. It and voids associated earnings.
5. Earnings and payouts
Earnings accrue in USD and become withdrawable once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Payout requests are reviewed manually and may be rejected where fraud is suspected; rejected requests are refunded to your balance. We may withhold or reverse earnings derived from traffic that violates these terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Banned accounts forfeit access to the service; any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linktain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
